At Prime Poskart, we aim to deliver your orders safely and quickly. Below are the details about our shipping policies, methods, timelines, and charges.
✅ Shipping Policy
- Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations: 4–7 business days
- Order Tracking: Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed and SMSed to you.
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,999.
- For orders below ₹1,999:
- Standard shipping charge: ₹99 (inclusive of taxes)
🌍 Delivery Locations
We ship across all major cities and towns in India. For remote areas or special requests, please contact our support before placing the order.
❗ Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen logistics or weather issues
- National holidays or regional lockdowns
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

🔄 Shipping Address Changes
Changes to the shipping address must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at primeposkart@gmail.com
🔁 Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is returned to us due to non-availability of the recipient or incorrect address:
- We will contact you for re-dispatch instructions.
- Re-shipping may incur an additional delivery fee.
