1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product, subject to the conditions below:
Eligible Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
- Return request must include a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions including pickup or shipping details.
2. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds May Be Denied If:
- The product shows signs of use or damage.
- Items are returned incomplete or with missing parts.
- Return request is made after the eligible return period.
3. Replacement and Exchange Policy
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a free replacement or exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), Prime Poskart will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
5. Cancellations
